Individual Coaching

As coach can help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

How does a coach differ from a therapist?

A coach is more action oriented rather than looking into your past to find stuck patterns or issues. A therapist might diagnose you as well as center their therapy around helping you understand emotions and healing from the past. A coach will ask what you want to achieve and strategize with you to help you achieve your goals. A more solution focused approach may mean fewer and less frequent sessions as it is primarily focused on identifying the problem and exploring ways for you to overcome it.
